Vehicle selection

We start our cooperation by establishing the parameters of the vehicle you are looking for according to your expectations - make, model, year, technical condition and the purchase budget.

Searching for a suitable car, estimating import costs

Once priorities have been established, we begin the search for specific vehicles and provide an estimate of the costs of importing a particular model. Using the sources indicated by us, the Customer themselves can choose the vehicle they are interested in, and we will calculate the cost of bringing the car to the address indicated.

Contract and deposit

Once we have selected a suitable vehicle that meets the Customer's expectations, we begin to determine the terms of cooperation: costs, terms, deposit amount, which is determined individually and depends primarily on the origin of the vehicle (purchase from a private individual or at auction) and the purchase price. In the event that the purchase does not take place, the deposit will be refunded or transferred to subsequent auctions.

The deposit is a form of security in case the purchase is cancelled. In this case, auction websites will charge a penalty of 10% of the bid amount.

Purchase of the vehicle and payment of the fee on the US side

You have successfully bought the vehicle of your dreams! Referring to the previously agreed terms of cooperation, after summing up all the costs (purchase price + local transport + sea freight) you will receive an invoice with the cost on the US side. When purchasing on platforms such as Copart or Iaa, payment for the vehicle you have purchased can be made directly to the auction.

Collection of purchased vehicle, delivery to Europe

When the purchased vehicle is delivered to the shipping company's yard, the customer receives photographic documentation, the container number, the estimated date of arrival of the container at the destination port and a tracking link. Depending on the shipping location, sea transport takes between 3 and up to 10 weeks.

Customs clearance and transport to specified address

We also take care of the preparation of the documents for customs clearance. You only need to sign the relevant authorisation for the customs agency and fill in the declaration for the customs office. After clearance, the customs agency will send the clearance documents together with the amounts due for payment directly to the customer. Once the fee has been paid, the vehicle is released and is ready for collection.
